2023 State Meet Bid Packet

Here is the 2023 State Meet Bid Packet for your consideration.

Bids open every year on September 1 and must be received by October 1, at 8:00 p.m. EDT with the winning bid announced by November 1.   The bid will reopen for the month of November (deadline December 1), in the event there are no bids or there is no qualifying bid. A final decision in that case will be made before the end of the calendar year.  The Northern 1/3^rd of the state will have preference for the 2023 bid year.
